Shipping
We ship all items using Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size and location the items are being shipped to. We ship worldwide and insure the package, however we cannot take any responsibility of custom fees, taxes, etc incurred when the package is delivered to you. When possible, we will provide you with tracking info.
Free in store pick-up
If you are located in our area and would like to pick your purchase up at our retail location, please select in store pick-up when you're in the checkout. We will email you to let you know when your order has been processed and ready.
Out of Stock Items
If your order has an item that is currently out of stock, we will notify you via email and give you some options. You can either choose to delete the item from your order, which we will then refund your money back, or you can choose to have the item shipped to you when the item is restocked.
Orders Returned by Canada Post
We are not responsible for orders not received and mailed back to us. You will have to pay for the additional shipping cost when we send the order back to you and the cost to have it sent back to us. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Orders Lost in the Mail
Once orders leave our warehouse we're no longer responsible for them. We will do our best to try and help you track the package down, but our responsibility is to send the package to the address provided.
Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure that your order is properly packaged to avoid damage during delivery. However, if you receive an order that is damaged, please let us know right away. We will need to receive these items back before we can issue a refund or exchange.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are unhappy with a product, please email us at info@nurturedbynatureparenting.ca or call us at 1-250-803-4391 and let us know why you're unsatisfied. We will then arrange for a refund or exchange. Please do not send an item back without notification. We will not issue a refund if this happens. You will need to pay for return shipping and shipping costs back to you if you choose to exchange. Products such as : skin care, nursing pads, tea, nipples, sippies, bottles, etc. will not be refunded or exchanged if the packaging has been opened.
